How do I place an order?
Select the shopping tab and a category, or search for a product by code or name. Once you choose a product, you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description. Select quantity required and click the “add to cart button”. In checkout, we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart. From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses. If you’re signed up as a trade member and have logged in, you will go straight to payment options.
What payment methods/options are available?
Credit or Debit Card (via SagePay on our website) Credit or Debit Card on collection at our premises Cash on collection at our premises Cash deposit into our account (please be advised that the cash deposit fees will be for your account and need to be included in the payment.) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – for payments from outside South Africa, please be advised that all bank charges are strictly for your account. Greenbean is not liable for bank charges incurred for international bank transfers.
Becoming an agent/reseller: How do I go about registering to get trade prices and sell your products?
We’re always on the lookout for new partners to collaborate with and sell Greenbean products. Please fill out our trade member sign up form by clicking on the “new customers” tab. We will review your application and then send you your log in details so that you can access the trade section. Remember that the minimum order value to qualify for trade prices is R1000 incl VAT. Please be advised that once you are logged on to the website, the pricing will reflect as Trade prices.
Where is my order/how do I check the status of my order?
If you selected a courier, you will receive a tracking number via email informing you that your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order on the Fastway website. http://www.fastway.co.za If you have not received a tracking code then please email: email@example.com If you selected to collect from our warehouse, you will have received a Collection Code, without which, the order cannot be released.
Do you operate nationally/internationally?
Greenbean Learning Resources distributes throughout Southern Africa. We will arrange delivery via courier within South Africa to all areas. The collection of orders for customers outside of SA borders must be arranged by the customer.
Can I place bulk orders?
Yes, we can place a special order with our suppliers on request. Contact us directly via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone on +27 10 594 5330 for more details.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Please contact us well in advance if you wish to redirect your parcel. Quote your order number, old address, new address and we will update accordingly. Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change the address – you may, however, contact the courier to redirect a parcel.
How do I return an item?
Please be aware that if you confirm the order and request us to pack it ready for dispatch, followed by your instruction to cancel, Greenbean will charge a handling fee of 15% of the value of the order. This charge also applies if you receive the goods and decide for any reason to return the item/s (excluding defective goods). If a product is defective, we will arrange for collection and either replace the product if we have stock or refund you or issue a credit note. I can't see prices or add products to my cart?
For access to prices, you need to register as a customer and set your password. If you are not already registered with Greenbean, please complete new customer form online. If you are already registered, please request a password. Please call 010 594 5330 if you need any assistance.
As a trade customer, do I log in?
Yes, you do need to log in.
When on our website, select the Reseller Portal button and log in using the details sent to you confirming your trade application.

Can my order be sent to a third party/do you offer drop shipping/I need to place small orders under you R1,000 MOV?
Yes, we can offer this service. We do require you to make use of our integration functionality which links into your website and lets your customer order our products through your website. we will charge you our lowest product pricing. Other benefits are; SOH syncing, products listed on your website by our integration system such as images and descriptions, orders for Greenbean products can be sent directly to us.
